If you are not happy with your fragrance, you have up to 28 days to return it for a full refund.
To complete your return, you’ll need to show:
- Proof of purchase
- A category for the reason for returning
To qualify for a full refund, the fragrance must be unopened and in the original packaging. We don’t accept refunds for products that have been opened or tested. We are not able to refund perfume purchases for items that you did not like the scent of and hope you would try them with a tester to avoid this situation.
What happens next?
Please initiate the process by contacting us using our contact form. Within your correspondence, let us know why you are returning the item and why you would like a refund. We aim to respond to you within 2 working days.
Unfortunately, we request shipping costs are covered by you unless the item you’re sending back is damaged or defective. We are not liable for the transportation of the items you are returning, so please package them well and use a reliable postal service.
Refunding your purchase
When the item arrives with us it will be checked over. We’ll send you an email to let you know the outcome of your returns/refund request.
If we approve of your request, your refund will be processed, credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this usually takes a few days to go through.
Any other issues?
In the unfortunate event that you haven’t received your refund within 7 days of receiving our confirmation email, please get in touch with us and we will look into this for you.
Restrictions of refunds and returns
Unfortunately, due to extenuating circumstances, all items in our sales are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
Do you exchange items?
We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item, notify us via our contact form in the first instance.
